Conclusion (signing) of a forwarding contract with LLC Brooklyn-Kyiv Port (hereinafter referred to as the Terminal) is carried out exclusively in electronic form by the head of the forwarding company through the electronic document management service "FREDO" using a authorized electronic signature (hereinafter referred to as AES) of the head of the forwarding company.
The forwarding company (hereinafter referred to as the Client) must be a registered user by means of the electronic document management service "FREDO" (or "M.E.Doc", "SOTA", "FlyDoc" - in this case, the exchange of documents is done via the platform "ПТАХ").
For operation of the forwarding company at the Terminal, the following package of documents must be be completed, signed by the AES and submitted in electronic form:
- Contract.
- Appendix No. 1 (Tariffs).
- Scanned copies of incorporation documents.
THE PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUDING CONTRACTS IN ELECTRONIC FORM IS SET OUT IN THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTION.
